This is one of the more complicated transactions I’ve ever had. The home was tenanted with a lease contract that was due to expire in 5 months. We had to honor the lease due to the mandated eviction moratorium plus the fact that the tenant wants to stay until the lease ends. On top of that, the seller was using a property management company which made it even more complicated. We accepted an offer but the buyer backed out then another offer was accepted; countless hurdles but we (seller and realtor) were up to the challenge.
