CAREER: Nick embarked a long running career initially as Provider Database Administrator, then as Business Analyst with the Santa Clara County Health Authority. He took an early retirement from SCCHA to become a Full-Time Realtor. “The past 9 years of my professional career as a Realtor has been the most fulfilling”….. according to Nick. He also held previous post at Stanford Health Services, UCSF-Stanford Health Services, LPCH at Stanford and the Stanford University School of Medicine-Hematology.

Nick moved to California from the East Coast in 1991; his family has lived in Silicon Valley for over 30 years. He is an avid supporter of Animal Rescue/ Placement and the Protection of Animals Against Abuse/Cruelty. He adopted Snowball, his prized Maltipoo, from the San Jose Animal Care Center who quickly became part of the family.
During his time with the Santa Clara County Health Authority, Nick developed an interest in real estate and began investing in properties in the South Bay and later in the East Bay. His success sparked a desire to open a new chapter in his life, so he took an early retirement from SCCHA and turned his sights to helping others make the most of their real estate opportunities.
